I might not be the best judge but...
Good :
The first look of the style does not push you away. Its not perfect but i am personally not hating it.
I like the dark red, the "wine" red with theblack bg, it looks elegant.
Bad :
I think the banner "black and white" does not go well with the rest of the layout. i think you should stay on the same colors, dark and around a red.
The yellow does look ugly (the advert space for zymic)
