Hello there i was trying to upload my database but every time i upload, it occurs an error can't create database.. THis is the error #1044 - Access denied for user 'zcl-online_zxq_net_masterfile'@'75.126.138.75' to database 'mysql'. I've search it in the net and the problem is the username/password. Do i have to configure something in my MySQL? Please Help...

Two likely causes:
1 - Wrong User/Pass combination.
2 - You don't have access to database 'mysql'
