I always get this message when i try to connect thru ftp client:

530 Login authentication failed

what the heck does that mean

as the error said, you did not authenticate correctly... which means either you set a bad login or a bad pass.

i had the same thing! and i figured it out!

i use Filezilla 2.2.32
for me its
Example:

address: maxbeat.clanteam.com
User:maxbeat@clanteam.com
password:**********
port:21

and then you click Quick connect! and it should say:



Directory listing successfu
