I wonder if anyone can help I have checked and double checked my settings but i cant log into my ftp. I have tried filezilla and ipswitch. I can get into the site file manager OK.
The settings I am using are ftp address icehockey.99k.org and the user icehockey@99k.org and also my password but i keep getting host address incorrect . I have tried searching but ????
Any help would be brilliant as I think this hosting is brilliant.
