Hey everyone. I have a problem when I'm trying to install wordpress. I have all the files i need uploaded to a directory, and i have created my database. I've tripple double quadruple checked to make sure the wp_config.php file is modified correctly. But when I go to my index.php page for my blog, it gives me this:

any idea what its telling me here? I think it means it wont let me view this file maybe because i got there without using a link from my homepage? i dont know really. just a guess.
