Wow, very clean. I normally don't like when flash is used, but the banner at the top is a nice touch.
One thing I didn't like was that home was at the bottom of the navigation bar. I'm so used to it being at the top, that that was a bit weird.
Although I do see why you'd want About Us at the top, and it would be really weird to have home second... But I'd consider putting home at the top, and about us at the bottom, maybe? *shrug*

The logo's pretty nice, but the font of the text just doesn't seem to quite match everything.

GREAT, seriously everything matches and it goes really well. Colors match exactly and the flash animation is well done.

Wow, good job. My only recommendation is not to use so many fonts. You have that one unidentifiable font in the logo, that sans-serif in the headings, and then the content is in georgia.
