do you use FTP? There should be a option to view hidden files and folder. Delete the hidden ones.

yes, i use FTP and i enable this option to view hidden files and folders but there is no hidden file or folder.

Try deleting with both ftp and your zymic control panel's file manager.
I have the exact same problem. Can't delete one folder AT ALL. Not with the control panel's file manager, not with FTP. I can rename the folder, but other than that, it just won't go away.

No the problem remains the same, I still cannot remove the map .
