is it just me or every time i refresh the page the Bandwidth Usage keeps going up? its weird becuase if that keeps happening i will run out of Bandwidth Usage without even having a site. lol

Well, if you have disabled your browsers cache, then yes your bandwidth will go up every time you visit a page, since you are downloading content again each time you refresh. That said your pages are probably only in Kb's so you shouldn't see any significant bandwidth usage.
