Ok I'm really confused right now. I know my fair share of ftp and servers and stuff but this is annyoing and weird.

I transfered a file to my ftp client aply named 'about.html' and sure enough it came up on the site. Then I edited it on the raw file I have on my computer, transferred the new changed file and replaced the old one with it. The changes were not made and so I changed the file and tried changing some off the code and repeated but it all stayed the same! This is the weird part. I then DELETED the file from the ftp client and refreshed and the website and the page was still there!!! It's nothing to do with the ftp client or the server becuase the 'index.html' page worked fine in this effect.


I need some help.

Scotty, have you made sure you don't have a cached version of the page in your browser? Make sure you've done a hard refresh.

Yeah that was the problem. As soon as I posted this I tired it and it was fine. Sorry for the trouble =]
