Hey Guys,

I am just wondering what's up... I am not complaining, as Zymic is the best out there, but lately (for the past week and a half) my sites have been running very slowly, and it takes about 25 tries to upload files through FTP or on the file manager. Also, it does not allow me to delete files or directories...

Something's up and it's making it really hard to operate my site.

Thanks for any help.

Everything is fine for me, but as soon as I want to log into 1 of my websites it will activate the link but won't load the page... Plus I've been having trouble connecting to my Zymic website from FTP.. It's been like this for me for the past week now

I'm new to this place and it has been like this from the second day I created my account on. This isn't normally how it runs is it?

Not at all, Normally it runs alot faster and more efficient. I think it's because we recently switched to a new MySQL server. I'm sure Jack and the other fine Zymic staff members are doing all they can to work out the kinks as we speak

I keep getting this when I try and get into file manager
The connection has timed out

The server at www.hosting.zymic.com is taking too long to respond.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I'm not a pro at Servers and how they work. But if thats what you and I are getting, I'm assuming that Zymic is jammed pack with active users at the moment. It's probably something as simple as upgrading to bigger servers.

Stick around, or you can P.M. Bread or Jack. They should be able to help you out in an instant
