Hello,

I am trying to make a directory for web pages that i have uploaded onto my account, yet when i put in something like "/reg/" for a new directory it does not work and says "could not create "/reg/""(file manager). If anybody can help me i wud appreciate it. I dont think the site url is needed but ill follow the rules and post it anyways!

You're trying to create a directory with the slashes in the directory name?

You won't be able to if this is the case, the '/' has special meaning (directory separator).

You should be able to just type 'reg' in the file manager's make directory box and it should create the directory in your root web directory.
