i have my acount and i got my domain name...

but i cant find how to uoload my files into the HOST

there is an option in the control panel but seems that nothing actualy moving there

my site name is : www.freestuff.clanteam.com , should my host and user name look like that :

freestuff.clanteam.org/com

???

so u put in:
Host: freestuff.clanteam.com
Username: freestuff@clanteam.com
Password: whatever it is
Port: 21

i got reply regarding that i have the domain already and i CAN fo in the control panel of that domain....so i dont understand

btw , why cant we use the FTP in the control panel in the zymic site ?

well with the TIME OUT problem i extended it ...but he always write "could not connect to the server"

I am having a similar problem using Filezilla to ftp to my site:

Host name:abuja2008.clanteam.com
username:abuja2008@clanteam.com
password:mypassword
port:21

I keep getting this message:
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving IP-Address for abuja2008.clanteam.com
Status: Connecting to 74.86.20.181:21...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

How else can I connect to ftp files to my site?

you can use the one on the site but it can take longer and stuff. but it is not ftp i dont think. its just uploading the files

well nothing is working !!!!!

i tried 5 FTP manegers already and always it says : cant connect to the server and stuff....im furstrated

just use the one in the cp then.

make sure one of your files is called index.html or index.htm
