Its not the best. Although i dont know why there is a <--> Scroll bar at the bottom. Im trying to fix that problem. Currently im intergrating my selfmade CMS into the layout i got parts of it in there. but not the full thing.

probably try using percentage so it fits all screens.. and you will not have to deal with many other codes.

For the site :

i like the header the style used for "paradox" and the little ?tornado?
i also like the main content area, you could try to make it a little bit larger (for your content box)

One think i do not like is your top navigation, i donno why i do not really like it. I think its because of the text. I suggest using images and css to animate it a little instead of using text. but its just an opinion.

It is alright. In my opinion the graffiti font doesn't fit the website at all and looks noobish. Also the navigation is too tall for what is in it and the pattern on it is odd. I would suggest going for a more streamlined logo and central header since it currently is a bit odd.

It's allright, I believe you now, You sound honest enough. I couldn't find the cool blue template but I really didn't look, but I did notice they had tutorials and stuff. Sorry for jumping to conclusions. Just alot of people steal and don't give credit. I do like the site, even if Purple isn't my color. I'd much prefer the site to be in green, but I do have to agree I don't like the FONT for the paradox header, but I like the little tornado thing, and I like the way everything is presented.
But the content area either needs to be centered and made larger, or add another side column, because there is a HUGE open space right in the center of the "News post" and the side bar.

yeah... i agree but the problem is im not that good at VALID html4.1 strict w. CSS and divs i really need some help and what not. maybe if you had aim you could help me out :-)

the text on the header looks odd; freehand fonts aren't usually used with that kind of background
A sans serif font would look better. or a pixel font. or both!
and the content box seems too narrow but maybe thats just me.

I love the colors used in the layout. The contrasting dark greys and purples.
I like the font, although there a few better graffiti-styled fonts but this one works well the layout.
My only real gripe with the layout is that the content area isn't really big. But I'm guessing that it has to do with the fact that is has barely any text in it.

The logo looks like it took a little bit of effort to make. Don't know if you used a tutorial or not, but it seems amazing to me.
Overall, I give this site a 7/10.

I took a striped pattern. Overlayed it with 60% optacity pver a dark gray bg and i made a new layer, made a selection, cut it in half, and made a white to transparent from the bottom up so the white is at the bottom and it fades toward the top. Then you add text under the white fade layer.

BTW: The site i made some minor CSS errors anywhays im uploading a new layout with 2 style options Green/grey and purple/grey the green/gray will be default. but you can always change it up a bit. As for the content. I will be adding more stuff. lets just say that site is in Alpha (thanks trippin)
