Hello Admin.

I switched to Zymic recently, trying to setup the hosting. I am having issues in setting up my custom domain, ie., satyapandian.com which is in satyapandian.zqx.net.

This domain dns is already updated pointing to ns1.zqx.net, ns2.zqx.net. But when I try to access the above mentioned custom domain, it says 404 error or "site not available error" some times. I couldn't make it work so far. Am I doing anything wrong. Your help would be appreciated.

I've got the same problem with this issue. I've already made the changes in my account settings, but nothing happened. There's no change so, I thank a lot if you can make that update in your system. Here's my info:

I have also added name servers but I am unable to get my domain name to work.

justtwit.zymichost.com and I would like to use justtwit.com any help would be appricated.

I'm getting a zymic 404 for www.melaniejoymorris.com. Every time I try to update the custom .com account it keeps the 99k.org address and it won't change.

I keep trying to go into the settings and add my custom domain name, but it keeps resetting it back to craz.zzl.org. I have the name servers pointed so I'm sure everything is fine on my part...

Add www.decsa.com.pe and decsa.com.pe to name server database, for my decsa.zxq.net, host.
I pointed decsa.com.pe to ns1.zxq.net and decsa.com.pe to ns2.zxq.net and www.decsa.com.pe to decsa.com.pe from everydns.net.

I tray to add www.decsa.com.pe and decsa.com.pe, from account settings but does not work...

I believe Jack is using this thread to illustrate to the author of our backend that the domains are not in fact working.

I have chacked and I definately have the name servers listed, as well as everydns.net. hopefully this isn't a problem, as this is the only way to get my email.

Well that's just an awesome way to keep users isn't it.

I am getting login errors when using the username/domain/pass specified in my admin page. My domain isn't showing up on the account either. I have changed the nameservers at my domain host to the zzl.org server. When I load my domain site, I do get the default zymic error, which is a good sign.

Please advise.

Just tried to apply a custom domain. Is it still possible to do this.

My subdomain is dblairslcs.zxq.net
my domain is dblairslcs.co.nz

Everything is all set to your name servers and I confirmed earlier just getting a 404 page can not be found.

Is it possible to get this sorted?
