You need to change your nameservers to ns1.99k.org and ns2.99k.org. At the moment you are using YNS1.YAHOO.COM and YNS2.YAHOO.COM as shown here: http://whois.domaintools.com/jakalhorn.com

My subdomain: alternatereality.zxq.net and my domain is: alternatedesigns.com DNS is set to NS1.ZXQ.NET and NS2.ZXQ.NET

**I can type in www.alternatedesigns.net to get to my site but without the www it doesn't work. I also added a redirection with the people who are hosting my domain until I can get it to work...

I have a doubt...

When I go to my account manager-> Account Settings, in the "Custom .com Domain Name" I put my .com domain (http://www.fiestasmuky.com), but when I come back after a while it has become the zxq.net one (fiestasmuky.zxq.net) again. Should it be like that or should my .com domain stay in that box?

The redirection from the .com isn't working either, even when I have put the DNS ns1.zxq.net ns2.zxq.net in my godaddy account. though as I did it yesterday it may take a while...

Mine seems to be pointed toward the zymic hosting now, but it's giving me a 404 page when I try to use my domain.

ok, it finally changed over.. i have the name servers pointing to everydns right now, and then thye are redirecting to your IP. so my sub-domain is www4.99k.org and my domain is www.jakalhorn.com

I have a Domain I bought from Go Daddy.Com, The Domain is beasley4Deeds.com It is a site for my mother, the ads have to be clean as the website is for a political thing she is doing. I have made the website through Microsoft Front Page. How do I get it on the site? How do I Make it Hosted?

unless you made an automatic redirect in your current domain, people will not redirect to the subdomain that you have hosted here. You can upload your file through ftp (file transfer protocol) A good client is filezilla. You can research this through google. A domain is a yoursite.com a subdomain is a yoursite.freehost.com. You use the hosts domain as part of your domain.

What you need to do is PICK one of the subdomains to use. It does not matter if it is a .com .net .org doesn't matter. Once you've done that you can upload all your files to that site, and make it look like what you want.
To make your domain work, you need to go to the registrar and setup the Nameservers, (NS)
They would be ns1.zxq.net and ns2.zxq.net OR ns1.zzl.net and ns2.zzl.net just replace zxq or zzl with whatever subdomain you chose.

Then once that is done reply here and let jack know that you did this step and about 24 hours after you change it at the registrar your domain should work.

Any update on the domain issue? It would be real nice to be able to use my domain. :/

hey jack this is my 4th post please do it.

I said, .co.cc is not a TLD, co is a subdomain of .cc, our system will not work with subdomain.subdomain.tld sorry.

The name servers have been correct for days now. The domain even points to the zymic hosting, it just gives a 404 because the domain isn't added to my account, which is my problem. The CP just reverts back to the sub domain when I try to add my domain.

Looks like I didn't press "okay" on GoDaddy or something because I thought I had changed it (I went back and saw what you mean).
Well now its changed to ns1.zxq.net and ns2.nxq.net, it just needs to refresh or whatever.

I've applied ns1.zzl.org and ns2.zzl.org as the nameservers under my domain registrar, and "confirmed" missnicolelyn.com as my custom domain, but it doesn't seem to be working properly.

My domain now poits to a zymic 404 page, so I'm assuming admin just has to fix my account now.
