I'm getting this warning

Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The mail() command is not allowed. in /www/zxq.net/c/o/u/course/htdocs/mail.php on line 47

everytime I try to send from my form on

http://course.zxq.net/form.html

I think its a problem with the version of php but this version is the latest.

Can anyone help.
