If you want to delete some files and directories, you must first change the permission of those files and directories to CHMOD 777. You can do that by right clicking the file throught your FTP and selecting change persimissions.
After that you have to log in to your zhcp and delete the .htaccess file in each directory (NOT THE ONE ON YOUR ROOT)
