Dear forum,
I cannot connect to my account using both Filezill ftp client and Aceftp pro.
my account is www.abuja2008.clanteam.com
host:abuja2008.clanteam.com
ID:abuja2008@clanteam.com
port:21
password:my password

The error message i keep getting is this:

connecting to abuja2008.clanteam.com on port 21. Attempt 1 of 3
operation timed out
delaying for 30 seconds before next attempt......
connecting to abuja2008.clanteam.com on port 21. Attempt 2 of 3
operation timed out
delaying for 30 seconds before next attempt......
connecting to abuja2008.clanteam.com on port 21. Attempt 3 of 3
operation timed out
unable to connect to abuja2008.clanteam.com within 3 attempts
