Is there any you can suggest I check out as I want to make a website.

Most hosts (at least all the good ones) will come with FTP accounts which you can use with Dreamweaver etc.

Do you have any web design experience? If not, I must say I think you are a bit out of your depth.

I do have web experience. O and I can't believe I never saw the free hosting add.

i REALLY reccomend Zymic free hosting... for a second i thought it was PAID hosting with all the good deals they had..im like omg how much do i have to pay...i cant find the price..then i see that its free and im YES all my prayers are answered!!!!

Zymic has the best hosting, ever! 10X what I would expect from a free host, and speeds are unbelievable! I almost feel bad because I feel like I'm ripping zymic off. Plus it's totally ad-free!
