You can
you will have to download the forum you can use say
SMF, PHPBB3, vBulleting & IPB ... the first two are free.
you will need to upload via FTP and make sure you have a database setup so when you install the forum.

Whichever forum you download, they have an installation manual on it on their site.

I've Downloaded PHPBB3 Forum
I Have a database set up
and i've uploaded it
but now i'm stuck
and the guide doens't really help of there website

http://www.you.zzl.org/zqx.net/zymichost.com which ever your subdomain is and where ever you put thePHPBB3 forum so if it is ... http://www.you.subdomian.com/forum/ go there and there should be an setup for PHPBB3 smile.gif

or set your forum as index.php and then its easy to get to the setup. You can always move it later.

once in file manager, find the file that has all of the forum stuff in it. There are multiple buttons at the right. One is a white/blue rectangle which when you scroll over it should say rename file. Rename it to index.php/index.html. But make sure you dont have any other index.html/.php when you do this!
