Can someone please explain and walk me threw really quick on how to publish threw Microsoft FrontPage????

You do your work via the Microsoft Front page then when you save them you could use an FTP Client(Filezila is good) to upload your work to your Free Hosting account at zymic. Or am i on the wrong lines of what you want to know?

Nope, I think ur right I do all my design work in FrontPage2003. I save it in a website folder thats on my computer.

I downloaded it, tried connecting and I keep getting the 530 error at the top...I am sending SS also.

I used the same one, and I got that error...wasn't sure if I did something else wrong
