Yes, i do know how to use it, i can get myself logged in but it will not allow me to access my database's to produce a table, can anyone help me please?

I think you forgot to add privileges to you account. Go to your control panel and the MySQL section. In the bottom of the page you will find the privilege form. Select your account and the database you want to add the privileges to and tick all the appropriate boxes and submit the form. That should allow you access to your database.

Yea probably a privilege problem. Add your user to your database, and make sure all your connection strings to your database is correct.

Ok, thanks i got it working now but it is ridiculously slow? is that right?

It's not technically "right" but it's what everyone is experiencing right now. The staff know about it (from what i've read in other threads) though.
