i im using a FTP (file transfer protcol) and i am running it on FileZilla

after i enter my
host name which is matrixesu.zxq.net
username: which is my username for zymic which is test@zxq.net at the end
and my password for zymic

i get this

Command: USER test@zxq.net
Response: 331 User test@zxq.net OK. Password required
Command: PASS ************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Could not connect to server

my firewall ant blocking it and i see nothing wrong but i always get this

ive started the website but i never manage 2 get into it and my password is always the same but like i say it doesnt seem to want 2 contect

does any1 know why and how do i resolve it ?

When I created the site they gave me an email of the username and password for the site.

and it still does not want to connect

so I don't know what to do

You'll need to use the hosting username, not your zymic account one, so in this instance:



If it still to no avail, PM the password to either myself or another administrator and we'll look into it further.

yh don't worry i fixed the problem but i have another problem but thats on the other thread XD
