What do you all think? I am looking for cheap and reliable one...I don't like godaddy as I have heard alot of bullshit about them...which is best?
Alex
I personally use http://namecheap.com/ and that's been fair service-wise (the one time I emailed support I got a prompt reply).

Same, excellent domain record management too.

I will also swear by http://namecheap.com/ which in my experience has been great.

I personally use godaddy. They are great, have a easy to use control panel, and registers my domain in a few minutes. Never had to use there support before, so I have no clue how its like. No complaints from them yet, they have been good to me so far, and I have registered many domains from them.

Bluehost.com without a doubt.

For others look at my website Webhost Reviews.

I also like godaddy, very fast and never had any problems with them.

Ive had hosting with go-daddy before and i found their support to be great but their web control panel seemed very cluttered.

I use Namecheap, hate godaddy, their panel is just awful and I've heard a lot of bad things about them.
MrCracker
Yup namecheap is what i got on the zymic irc a while back.. and i've had no problems with them.. alls good.
MrTorelli
In conclusion, it looks like a lot of members like Godaddy, and Namecheap. So it sounds like you are going to have to try both of them, and see what you like.

I still think Godaddy tongue.gif

I use GoDaddy but am going to transfer to NameCheap at some point on the premise that GoDaddy is a bloodsucking corporation who is sadistic towards its customers.
Cmain
I've had domains at GoDaddy before and found their site very cluttered. Namecheap on the other hand is great and in my experience has good support.
Colin
Well...I used Netfirms for the domain because I didn't have enough for namecheap, I haven't had any troubles so far...I will let you all know if I do.:

I'm using register.com... which is very expensive. I have no problems but my dad just registered it without thinking (or caring)... I only have one domain so I don't really care about the price... Though I am definitely going to switch to either NameCheap or GoDaddy (leaning towards name cheap) I'm starting to get a little more serious about it so, I'm making smarter decisions smile.gif
