The statistics option on control panel are not working for my site.
When I press the statistic button, the system asks for username and password, but my zymic username and password are not working.

What can I do?

I don't think you pay for these. Especially since it used to work. Its a service from the site countall.com but I'm pretty sure that countall.com has been down for a while now. The best thing for you to do is get a php script that does statistics or use something like Google analytics.
