I don't know what your getting at but it sounds a little like flaming. Some people aren't able to connect to IRC through their ISP.

ya some people just cannot connect in general. id suggest for those people to restart their internet system. it worked for me

Yah, my school blocks the port that IRC uses, so http://www.zymic.com/forum/index.php?showforum=58is reeeaallly nice. (Although lately I've been connecting to the lab computers, which have no port restrictions, and using them for IRC. heh)

ya im sure schools would put a lot of restrictions on things. but i can connect to IRC just fine...

I run an IRC server and network and I have dealt with that in the past by adding a port for those people....
