well... i had a web in construction... is a forum of music...(dont be a warez, only forum and music own); and just 2day i'll go to the post the basics threads, rules and so.. but when i posted a first thread ... the forum show me that:

but i dont know if the problem is caused by the service or my forum mmm anyways... if is my forum i guess the cause is the mycodes.... but i don't know fix ...

I have never used that script, but it could be someone signed up with a weird username with characters in it or just something that was changed in the script that isn't correct. I don't know for sure.
