Hello,

Once again apologies for our downtime which started at roughly 10:30AM GMT. Our datacenter had a network outage, while this was only for 15 minutes, it messed up our machines. Mysql had to be fully started, which takes time when you have 50,000+ sites with databases too, some of our server admins were also busy and so we had to wait.

We will be adding new servers next month for new signups, however we will ensure that existing members will also see an improvement due to our new proposed clustered setup.

Trust me, this week so far has been one big headache (and quite literately for me), we understand people are not happy with our service. Our uptime is certainly not 99% like most paid providers, however this is defiantly a target to try and meet.

You know, the downtime really isn't getting to me, the fact that you guys are TRYING to do something about it makes you the best free host on the internet. I'm sure services will improve soon enough.

Yes for no more than 10 minutes. We are almost certain that this is hardware related, and are looking into this issue now.

Woud this explain me not being able to access the homepage?
I just get this message "Error: Query result is null, Can't create/write to file '#sql_bcd_0.MYD' (Errcode: 17)"
Just that line and a white background.

is this effect to me also? This morning at my current time (10.50am) i can't log in to the site. the message appeared as below:


"Login Unsuccessful

We don't have any record of that username / password combination.

You can try again by going back to the log-in page.

Did you forget your password? Click here to reset it."

This would be a result in a wrong password...the downtime only effects the sites and the actual zcp.

until today I can't log-in as username & password that I'had registered before. The confirmation also i receive thru email and requested for activation of the account. Now, I can't log-in... or should I re-register again? At this forum I can log-in... huhuuhuhhuhu...
