I was wondering if there was a way to upload whole folders at a time like some hosters....so far i havent found it, if there is please tell me =)

Use a ftp program off the internet. There free and easy to use

Yes, use an FTP client and simply drag the folder into view.

On another note we are adding a zip extraction feature sometime next month, and this will work on the file manager.

yeah I know about the FTP but Ive never used one and I dont want to get one and mess up what ive done but i will look into it and jack that would be sweet

Yea... I got modzilla thing and wen i uploaded the smf to my site and try to install it it says i gotta connect to the ftp and i dont know what to do...

This installer can connect via FTP to fix the files that need to be writable and are not. If this doesn't work for you, you will have to go in manually and make the files writable. Please note that this doesn't support SSL right now.
Server: Port:
This should be the server and port for your FTP server.
Username:
The username to login with. This will not be saved anywhere.
Password:
The password to login with. This will not be saved anywhere.
Install Path:
This is the relative path you use in your FTP server.
