And Im stuck at the same part I was stuck at when installing a phpbb board lol.

I uploaded it all, got to install page and made it to step 3. Now it's asking for my MSQL connection.

Just wondering how I might put these stats correctly

My sites name is hiphopwontstop.99k.org
My databse is hiphopwontstop.99k.org.hiphopwontstop
My databse username is hiphopwontstop.99k.org.username

I tried entering them in many ways, couldnt get it.

Im also not sure for the "host" part if I should leave it at "localhost" or put something like "host.symic.com"

And last, it says "admin username, admin password'.. Im not to sure if this means create it, or I should have an existing one?

Site name is correct.

Database username / password is incorrect. In your hosting control panel click "MySQL Databases". On that page create a database called "phpbb" and click submit. Then create a username called "phpbb" and enter in your desired password and submit. Then at the bottom of the page assign the user to the database.

Then on your install page put:
Database name: hiphopwontstop_99k_org_phpbb
Username: hiphopwontstop_99k_org_phpbb
Password: the password you chose.

Host is always localhost.

Admin user/pass is the password you wish to use, make this up yourself.

Alright Jack thx alot for the info, I followed it and got past my problem, but right when I clicked submit it went to a page and said "Cannot write to file please set permissions to 777Success"

Ino I have to go into ftp and change this some how.. but what file? Installfile?

It should say what file, or try find out in the readme. When you find out, right click it and select permissions/chmod and type in 777.
