Sorry, none of the above applications / libraries are installed.
Due to the safe mode restriction you would be unable to pass shell commands to use many of them, so we won't be installing them either.
Dreamhost give you ssh access, so you could compile your own versions, you can also edit your php.ini or just dynamically load ffmpeg-php.

You might be able to find a specialized video host website with all the above installed, I presume this is for a youtube clone script.

I think we allow the usual .avi, .mpg etc, but you best try
