Okay so I know and understand how to do basic text to image with php. I have a script that I wrote up from a tutorial. But what I would really like to do is already done, but I want something free. Check out http://sigx.org/ they have your winamp status, uptime, how far your mouse has traveled, and a whole bunch of stuff. I don't mind if I don't have everything they have. But I would like to figure out how to make the winamp status and maybe a couple other things, but I have no knowledge of c++ and that is what they make winamp plugins with. But their program they use doesn't use a winamp plugin. You can still make a free image with them, but I want to be able to make my own image and host the script myself. If anyone knows of a service similar to sigx but where they let you host your own images and script please let me know, or if you know of a way to make your own let me know.
Sigx has the option to host the script yourself, but that option is only for paying members now. I don't really want to pay for something, because I really don't know if it's worth it.

I guess you pay for some extra features, more lines on your sig, and the option to host the script yourself. And there isn't a way around hosting it myself through them because the script has to login to their servers and it automatically checks if you've paid them money. So it will come back, this users remote hosting has expired. or something like that

I really don't know why I want to do this so bad. Maybe it's just because I haven't thought about it for a FEW years. I randomly came across it while searching for something completely different.

Not to down SigX, but they got my location wrong, they say I am in Los Angeles, CA... I am actually in Texas... But other than that it was 100% correct.

As an answer to your question, I have no idea. I have never seen something that does all of this in one place. Have you tried building one by researching every bit of info. it offers?

Well I have a script setup that will take text and put it on an image with PHP. But I don't know how to code any program that will read information from a users computer and then send it to a webserver (after logging into that webserver)

Never mind, after a little more searching I found exactly what I wanted. And even a plugin (with the source code available... not that i'll need it, it does everything I could want)

I just wanted to update this post and respond to wozzy and korndawg.
That sig on the main page of their site is just an example. That is someone ELSES information. When you sign up for the account you download a program that you run on your computer, and it sends all that information to their servers. The only part of that image that isn't their information is where it tells you YOUR ip address
