Hi I am new to zymic.com and i have problem in login to my account. Once i go to manage my account i am automatically logged out. Cant access my FTP setting and then i try to upload my site using Filezilla (FTP) following error occurs. Please advice. I am desperate to upload my first ever web site.

You actually have 2 problems. The first is a wrong username.
username - completeguide
The second is the timeouts. I think you're using filezilla.
Edit, Settings, Transfers. 4th box down, 'timeout in seconds', set to 120.

Sorry to bother again but i again encounter a problem while uploading. Login seems to be fine but when FileZilla tries to retrive list it fails and following error occures. Am I making some mistake in my setting. But I once was successful to retrive directory list and when I tries to overwrite the index.html file no result. Any suggestions?

i got an idea why don't you just close the site down for like a week get every one to bak there site up and if they don't overiously they not using it and do the work and it make it easier to do nthe work

You people need to pay attention. This topic has been up for a while. If you have a VNDV web address, that is the source of your problems. MOST VNDV WEB SITES WILL NOT BE WORKING UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED.
