3) If you have any hosted sites with us, list them here.

IF you signed up, but didn't create any hosting sites, then you can resign up now as it works, or you can wait until we fix this issue. For those of you with hosted sites and can't login we advise you to wait (FTP and your site still load fine).

I am a new user (chuckhoughtby) and registered my account a few days ago and created my domain name. I had forgotten my password so I re-registered today with the same user name to get my password. I can now login to Zymic.com, but when I go to the control panel it tells me I don't have any registered domain accounts. When I try to get my previous account back it says it is already in use. My domain name is: cpoh.zxq.net.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe 2-3 weeks, approximately March 8, 2008. Like I said, my issue is since I have created a new account today using the same user name for the account, I cannot retrieve my original domain name. When loggin into this new account it tells me the domain I originally created is already being used and I need to create a new one. My domain is hosted correctly, I just need to get the original domain name re-associated with my newly created account.

For anyone else who has the same issue, this is the deal. While we were experiencing DB troubles, you signed up again with the same username. When you login, it was logging you in with your most recent account, for most people I think that was the account that wasn't affiliated with your hosting accounts.

As a temporary fix right now, I've set it to login to the former accounts. This should fix it for most if not all of you (please reply if it has or hasn't, I would like to know if the temporary fix is accurate). For you Hopein1, I think you had different passwords, so for anyone that thinks it now has their password wrong, use the password recovery if you can't remember what password was on your first account.

I plan on writing a script later tonight or tomorrow (hopefully) to clean up the database and remove the excess accounts. If anyone has more issues to report, please report them with as much detail as possible. Thanks Hopein1.

Mark: I can now login to my original account using the right password and I now have access to my hosted website thru the control panel.

Hi Admin,

I have been having difficulties logging into my web hosting accounts; the success rate is like 1 out of 10.

Also, even when I managed to log into any of my web hosting accounts, I could not access options like MySQL Database Management, Account Settings, File Manager and such. Each time I tried, I will receive the message "You currently are not logged in to a site. Please log-in through your Zymic Control Panel".

However, FTP is OK.

I can get into the zymic website, but none of my sites can get connected through FTP. It reports back a bad PW.

I logged in and changed the PW on the website, but FTP still won't work. None of my FTP connections work with any of my 5 sites...

Hi:

I am having a couple different problems. My site is http://odin.clanteam.com.

Problem #1. When trying to load http://odin.clanteam.com/forum/, I get the following error:

General Error
Unable to remove files within ./cache/. Please check directory permissions.

This is a phpbb3 installation, which was installed in April and has been working perfectly until now. I previously had perms for this directory (/forum/cache/) set to 777. Checked through zymic file manager, and perms are ug+rwx (it doesn't show 'others'). I tried to double check directory permissions using my FTP client, but. . .

Problem #2. I cannot log in via FTP. My FTP log reports:
