hello, i got this error when i tried to use get_meta_tags()

Warning: get_meta_tags() [function.get-meta-tags]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /www/99k.org/w/w/w/www4/htdocs/linkexchangesignup.php on line 433

Is there any way that you could allow that?? im using it to check to see if certain websites have a certain meta tag that is for a benner exchange.

It's disabled for security reasons.
