Hi gang,

First off, I'd like to say what a great site/forum you have here. Zymic is one of the best if not "THEE BEST" hosting site I've found thus far. OK, now on to my question.

I was curious to see if the "php_pdf.dll" file was installed on this server?
I'd really like to print out some reports for the girls scout website I'm working on.

If not, would it be possible to install it?

If not possible to install, than how would I be able to generate a printable report?

I don't imagine you'd need to have it go into a pdf file. I know the newest IE (7 i think) automatically makes the pages so that they fit when it prints.

You could just echo out everything in a huuuuge long time (if it was alot) and then just go to file->print ???

Thats what I would do at least. Not sure exactly if thats what you meant.

I doubt it is, but if you are worried about the print aspect of it, why not just use a separate stylesheet for print. In addition, I don't think "php_pdf.dll" reads background images. But I may be wrong.

Thanks for the reply. I doubt the .dll file is installed too, but thought it might be worth asking or even requesting it to be installed... rolleyes.gif

I'll look into the CSS. Any other possible solutions that I can tinker with?

The client gave me a basic registration form that contains Name, Last Name, Address, School, etc.... she requested it to be populated automatically with input from the users/scouts and then be printed in its original format.
