Hi, I wish to report a site for copyright theft, i have already reported, but there does not seem to be any action taken against the site.

He may of paid for copyright removeal...

He didn't i checked the Copyright Database.

I don't know much about the copyright checker, but if they paid for the copyright I think the script would check by domain name, unless there is some code given to the user to put in the layout. But if thats the case it would be too easy for people to just give each other that code. Thats why i think it's checked by domain name.

So by my theory, maybe he changed domain names.

this can only be solved by an admin.
