please tell me on where to improve. my concerns are the 1. quicktime audio, i can't stream i don't know how to place a preloader to alert the user. 2. i still have not tried it on different browsers. 3. how fast it will load. 4. the javascripts is it ok?

don't be too harsh, this is my first serious project.

Since this is your first "serious" project, I will go light. When you design a layout, you want to use a font color that stands out from the background. In your footer, you used a shade of Gray and for the font you used black. In the designing business, this is a big no-no. Sometimes users tend to keep their brightness level to a low to save energy; thus they cannot differentiate from Gray to black too well. You may want to use white. In general if you have a dark background, use a light font color.

Secondly, try adding padding to the side on your sidebar. When you said "email me to add your site. click here" you don't want that to touch the side. It doesn't look too well and becomes hard for people/guests. So just add a little padding to it and it will look fine.
