I use PHP-Nuke v.8.1, when I finished installation I go to my webpage but it show blank page not index.php. Then I've tried to go to admin page and result is same as before. I dont' know what I missed, I do anything wrong? .

Please, Please, Please DO NOT install PHP-Nuke. There is so many security flaws. Use [PHP-Fusion] instead. I will help you in anyway I can as long as you stay away from PHP-Nuke.
