Are you creating the account from http://zymic.co/zcp/ ? Have you tried again?
Yeah I'm getting the same thing:
"Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_REFERER in /var/wkscript/www/register_new.jsp on line 51"
...And Jack that link doesn't work mate.

He forgot the 'm' in .com
And I just created a new hosting account no problems.
Make sure you're not stripping the referer, try a different browser or check you've not got any extensions that strip it.
Ok guys I fixed it.
People running Zone Alarm or who have their browsing security on a high level should disable it while creating the account.
