Its a nice looking template your using. You need to fix the colors and fonts your using on the compare page. I think a better font on the plans on the main page could be good too, its really hard to read. Also under your services page, there is some white font. You should change the colour of the white font to maybe a black or blue. White is so hard on the eyes to read. People like a nice simple website they can easily navigate threw and read.
Other than that, all the best with your business. I personally have already been down that road, and there is no money in hosting.

The design looks good but all of the fonts could use an overhauling. On my monitor I can barely read anything. (19" SyncMaster LCD)

Thanks,
All the text fonts as off the menu and 3 packages down the side are images, I tested on a 15,4 and 17 inch monitor using IE7 and Safari Beta, Seems fine.

The text on the left side images appears to have really bad anti-aliasing applied to them. The font on the compare plans page is different than the rest of the site. How about losing that gap at the top of the layout and just have it flush with the top? How about just having a white background? For £78.91 for two years, I'd expect mysql. You really can't do much without a database.

1) Tables burn my eyes.
2) The site's name isn't clearly stated, in fact, I had a hard time even remembering it. Try to add more emphasis on the logo.
3) Not everything should be images. You have to keep room for real text, it's better for SEO and would generally look better.
4) It's too cluttered, partly because of the images as well. Save your contact information for a contact page, not on the header.
5) Separate your contact and about page, and make it more accessible. Your about page link on the footer is a horrible idea, because most people would like to know who they're buying from. I wouldn't trust a company I know nothing about!
6) The "Compare Plans" page text is way too big. It fits better with the text size down by a lot.
7) Your links that you do have are white and impossible to read (Services page).
8) Rename "Frontpage" to "Home".
9) You don't need a search at the footer, or at all.
10) ADD A PRIVACY POLICY PAGE. Most important thing, and I don't use caps lock often.
11) Completely remove the header section with all of the "Powered by..." images. Save that for the "Services" page.
11 1/2) Take the Navigation bar and move it to where the "Powered by..." images were.
12) At the domains page, add links so users can actually buy domains, instead of looking at them.
13) Everything isn't centered well. Add padding to almost everything, because seeing images hitting the border of your table makes me cry a little bit inside.
14) I'd actually like to buy things online, instead of having you use another host to buy the website, then charge me extra for the little bit of work you did. (Get a reseller plan)

^^^What he said plus.
The compare plans needs to be in a table, it will prevent a visual cluster f*ck.
Your company information page needs work, actually its the contact email. Webmaster, advertising and your team all have the same email addresses, they need to be distinct. Everyone should have their own specific address.
And please for the love of god get rid of the powered by bar and the search bar.

Some characters appear bold, some are skinny, the spacing is off, the m's look weird, the spacing on the s's is off, the word FREE looks weird. It is a mess. Looks almost like the image was created using a different size, and then scaled.

Everything in that is the same font, i used a font in paint.net from getpaint.net.
I noticed everything you said aswell, its not major but i will redo it sometime, its just the font i chose.

I agree with bezz. The current font on the images is very hard to read and unprofessional.

You wanted honest feedback so here I go:
The layout >>
Honestly that is one of the worst layout you could use as a design site. The layout is crowded, it's image heavy, and it's not supportive of all audiences. Not all people can use the default text size option, and need to enlarge the font. Your layout is not compatible for such a thing. It got distorted when I tried increasing the font size. Your layout is not well compatible for all browsers. Your layout does not validate either. You may want to improve the design. Code it using CSS so people can have better access to it.
The content >>
The content on your site needs some work. There are many useless content on the site. You want the site to be clean and neat and easy to access the important contents. As a private site you do not want to show ads. If you do, do not make them so visible, like in your face. Thats what your site is doing. Putting that banner in my face.
Uniqueness >>
After viewing all contents of your site, I still don't see what makes your company unique from all other hosting/design sites. Other sites offer a lot better service than what yours offer for cheaper cost. My company offers 5 gig of space, 50 gig bandwidth with unlimited sql, subdomain, and everything else for only $5.00 a month with cPanel and I also do professional valid coded, customers idea based designs for chap. Tell me why your hosting/design site is better than mine. Tell me why I want to choose your service over theirs.
You will need to have something that is more attracting and suited for everyone. There are many companies out there that will eat you up. You need to show the world why you are better than everyone else.

hey. i lost my password so am using myhost9 as a username now, i am the owner of maginnonline.co.uk
a new domain containing new name myhost9 will be registered as from December the 10th
The design uses css, all my customers feedback thinks the design is neat and the content is well layed out and they say the content as in text is enough.
As for showing the world what my host 9 has to offer, well read the policy and terms and conditions page mate, most our customers preferred us as they didnt like monthly direct debit, most customers on average only use 2 or 3 mysql databases out of 5 or 9 we give them.
I didnt have time to validate the website maginnonline.co.uk overall but am not going to do so at the minute as i said the customers feedback overall says their are no problems
