i've been a member for a bit now and haven't had any problems until recently.
I thought it might've just been a small error in the server and would've been fixed by now, sadly it hasn't

My problem is that whenever i try to install something on my account a window pops up and asks me for a username and password, i enter my hosting username and password but it doesn't work!

I also have another problem, over the last 3 days I haven't been able to access my site.

Is any of this fixable?

I can access your site fine.

I can also access your site just fine. and as for the login box problem, Check your site and make sure you don't have an .htaccess or .htpassword file somewhere. (You'll have to login through ftp to look for them, and make sure your ftp client can show hidden files.) If thats not the problem, then I don't know what is.

Thank you for your help! i looked for a .htaccess file and i found quite a few that were stopping me!
