Hmm....I am Central Time Zone and was wondering if this down time could be giving me this error.(It is currently 9:54 A.M. here). Error is as follows:

Yes, that's the connection to the MySQL server (which is what is having maintenance applied to it). Once the maintenance has finished that error will disappear.
