Eh I am trying to set up a phpbb3 forum but because of this stupid safe mode stuff I can't even log into the admin panel for the forum . please tell me how to turn off safe mode.

First off Safe Mode will NOT be turned off.

Second, you installed phpBB3 wrong, because it works just fine on this host.

its possible to run almost any script with safe mode off. phpbb3 works fine. http://viziop.zzl.org/forum nothing is not functioning properly.
