i am 12 years old and i am wondering can i sign up for free web hosting?

If you request a parent / guardian to do it, that is perfectly acceptable. Or just have them review what you are signing up to.

so if i get a parent to review what i am signing up to i can sign up and use the control panel to manage and create my website?
