Hello,
I just joined. Very, Very new at this. I would appreciate your patience.
I, like many others, am in the process of deciding if I should join the venture of Internet based money making, primarily through the various affiliate programs out there. Nothing big. Most affiliate programs simply require a link on a personal or business website to drive business to them. I've never setup a website, this will be a first.
From the looks of it, Zymic may offer a good start, though I'm not sure how to go about it. I realize the internet is saturated with individuals trying to do what I'm intending to. I also understand that such a venture requires a lot of time and effort. I'm at the exploration stage of this.
So, does anyone have any suggestions as to how and where to begin? Can you point me in the direction of helpful resources? Thanks.
Omar

Well setting up websites doesn't HAVE to be a painful process. But first I suggest you search for HTML tutorials (HTML is the language that websites are written in). With these HTML tutorials you learn about the specifics of tags. (tags are basically labels that tell your browser (internet explorer, firefox, etc) how to format the text or page) Tags look like this <html> and </html> You "normally" have a beginning and end tag, but not always. There are alot of HTML tutorials out there, so google it up! If you have specific questions, like why didn't this or that work, don't hesitate to come back here and ask!
