i try to run it but when i do it takes a lonnnggg time to load or doesnt at all some times then if i get to the page and i hit databases it starts to load but is stuck and i have to x out to stop it is there something i did wrong or is it a program issue?

its fine. Phpmyadmin in your zymic control panel experiences a lot of problems with timeouts, e.t.c. in the server. But this will hopefully be fixed soon
