From FTP or your control panel?

Try from both, and try reconnecting if your in an FTP client. The files might already be gone or something weird. Or your FTP client isn't reading the directory correctly.

I have the same problem, on the server lie a few files that i dont have permission to touch... (permission denied) i can't delete them, i can't change the atributes. (Operation not permitted) What to do? (server>force show hidden files doesn't give anything...)

Well there is one folder called stats that show up on some accounts, and you can't delete that folder or anything in it because it was generated by the server. If it's something you've uploaded it obviously is a different story. Something could have happened to file permissions when something on the server got fixed or changed. Hopefully an admin will read this topic and help you out.
