You can delete the files, and thats that, your website won't be active, it will just 403.

oh, well ive been having problems with my website juniordworks.zxq.net and the fileman wont work correctly, it wont upload or anything. i cant even access it with the ftp. could someone reset the code on it somehow?

The admins might be able to, but if you'd like just create a new host after you login to control panel. Before you login to your juniordworks.zxq.net you can create another account there.
