Hey Zymic.

I signed up for free hosting about a week ago or two ago, and not even after a week one of my sites was banned. I tried posting a topic in the Zymic help and support forums, with no response (funny though, 40 views).

I then turned to IRC where I saw some admins online and I asked them what happened. They told me they probably mistaked my site for phishing. No biggie, at least I could get it back up. They told me to PM bread, who is the admin of hosting and whatnot, so I did. I have yet to get a response, and it's been like 4 days.

My PPC campaign has started, and I have wasted lots of money on this site. I thought Zymic was a very reliable host and cared about their customers. I love the hosting they give you for free, but I just wish that I had gotten some sort of response.

I have no choice but to switch my hosting to some place else now.

The site appears to be working (gaiaonlinehack.99k.org/?). Probably just a communication delay. Bread's a good guy.

Bread is a volunteer helper, so please give him time.

As for a PPC campaign, that's no excuse, you can easily pause.

I'm sorry for the human error though, and I will be more careful next time. Are you having any problems now with the hosting?

I still can't access my control panel, though. Heres a picture:

I don't want to switch hosts, because Zymic is far superior to any other free host and I don't have the money to pay for paid hosting. I just want my account back =/

Also I don't think you can stop AdEngage ads.

And Bezz, I know the site is up now, but I can't access my control panel to edit it. I finished a sales pitch video and I want to put it up so I can increase my sales a bit.

Henry, I'll talk to Bread about this, perhaps we have to backup your files and then let you create the account again, trying our best to minimize downtime, but then again this problem may be fixable another way. Once again sorry.

I've reinstated your account and assigned it to your user. Not being the author of any of this, I hope I haven't broken anything, if anything doesn't work, pm me directly on here.
